On this weeks show we discuss the recent decision by the Conservative Government not to honour a deal worked out by American prosecutors and Marc Emerys lawyers. We compare the charter violations of Omar Khadr and the Marc Emery extradition and how in both cases the Conservative government bows down to American influence. Marc Emery is facing life in jail in the United States when the same charge is 1 month in Canada. Omar Khadr has been in Guantanamo bay since he was 15 and recently had his charter rights violated when Canadian officials gave their interrogation records to their American Counterparts. Harper is the new Brian Mulroney! We also have a Fane Flashback...going back to a show from 2001 where Ian hunter discusses a chemtrail meeting he attended.
